All items are sent insured so if an item goes missing or arrives damaged you can be sent replacements of the missing or damaged items at no cost to you, though if damaged we will need photographs emailing to us of the affected items within 5 days of the hamper being received.
If you have not received your item 14 days after order please email email@example.com
If you change your mind after placing an order and tell us to cancel the order we will refund your method of payment as long as the order has not already been shipped.
If the item you receive is not as ordered please let us know and we will arrange a refund or replacement, whichever is best for you.
