We aim to post your hamper or hampers within 48 hours of receiving the order which means that delivery should be between 5 and 7 days of the order being placed.
In exceptional circumstances however it could take up to 5 days to post your order which means delivery could be up to 10 days.
In addition, in the month before Christmas delivery times can take longer. Our courier states that orders can be placed up to the 17th December for Christmas delivery but we are really in their hands to make good this promise- it is cutting it rather fine! In our opinion the 13th would be a safer option. If orders are placed from the 18th December to 21st December they should still get to you during the Christmas period. We predict they would be delivered around the 29th or 30th December so your dog can still have a wagging good time during the festive season.
Arthur (the Managing Dog and Canine Executive Officer) also likes to go on a 2 week holiday each year during the summer. During this time orders will not be posted until his return but we will make it clear on the home page of www.justrewardpethampers.co.uk if we are coming close to one of these times.
All items are sent insured so if an item goes missing or arrives damaged you can be sent replacements of the missing or damaged items at no cost to you, though if damaged we will need photographs emailing to us of the affected items within 5 days of the hamper being received.

During very busy times we occasionally might run out of stock of items in a particular hamper. So that we don’t delay the postage of your hamper we would substitute it with a very similar item (this would be for the same or higher price as the out of stock item) but you would still pay the usual price of the hamper. If you would rather we did not do this or your dog has special requirements as to diet or anything else please let us know in the order notes section of the check out.
Unfortunately due to the cost and complications of international delivery we can only deliver to the UK- sorry. If however you are not from the UK but want to send a Hamper to someone in the UK we would be more than happy to do that for you. Our shopping cart unfortunately does not allow for a non UK Billing address. We will rectify this on the next site update but in the meantime the site will usually work fine and take the purchase if you put the delivery address also as the billing address. If this does not work or you would prefer not to do this please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can arrange an alternative payment solution.
We accept VISA, MASTECARD and PayPal as methods of payment.
We have free post on all orders over £17.50 not including postage costs. For orders below this postage is £2.99.
